Who will my personal data be shared with?

We will share your personal data:

Cross-border data transfers

Quantum FBC transfers your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Retention

Quantum FBC will only store collected personal data for as long as strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of processing referred to in this Notice and in accordance with applicable data privacy law. When Quantum FBC no longer needs to use your personal data, it will be deleted and/or anonymized so that individuals can no longer be identified from it (save to the extent retention is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or for taking or defending legal claims).
